Cooking instructions
In the oven
11 - 14 minPreheat your oven to 180 °C (gas mark 6). Place in the middle of the oven and reheat for 11 to 14 minutes in a conventional oven, or 11 to 12 minutes in a fan oven. Take the skewers out and coat them with sweet soy sauce, turning them to cover well. Leave to rest for a few minutes before serving.
In the microwave
2 - 3 minTake the skewers out of the freezer 2 hours in advance, then heat for 2 min 30 at 900 W. Drizzle with sweet soy sauce after taking them out of the microwave.

Minced beef, origin EU (90.91%), gouda cheese (pasteurised MILK, salt, lactic ferment, rennet), potato starch, EGG yolk, SOY sauce, sugar, carrots, leeks, onions, salt, ginger, garlic, black pepper.
Sweet soy sauce (10 g): soy sauce 36% (water, SOY, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), salt), sugar 25%, glucose-fructose syrup, water, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
