Cooking instructions
Chicken meatballs: in the oven
11 - 14 minPreheat your oven to 180 °C (gas mark 6). Place in the middle of the oven and reheat for 11 to 14 minutes in a conventional oven, or 11 to 12 minutes in a fan oven. Coat with sweet soy sauce, turning the skewers. Leave to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Chicken meatballs: in the microwave
2 - 3 minTake the skewers out of the freezer 2 hours in advance, then heat for 2 min 30 at 900 W. Drizzle with sweet soy sauce after taking them out of the microwave.
Beef & cheese: in a frying pan
4 - 5 minMove the beef and cheese yakitoris to the fridge 2 hours in advance. Heat a little fat in a frying pan and cook them for 4 to 5 minutes, turning regularly. Once cooked, pour over the sweet soy sauce until caramelised. Serve immediately.

Chicken meatball: chicken 68% (EU), sweet SOY sauce (SOY sauce (water, SOY, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), salt)), sugar, EGG, onion, rapeseed oil, salt, spices (ginger and ground black pepper), panko breadcrumbs.
Beef & cheese: gouda and beef skewers: gouda (origin EU) 68% (pasteurised MILK, salt, lactic ferment, rennet), beef (origin EU) 32%.
Sweet soy sauce (10 g): soy sauce 36% (water, SOY, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), salt), sugar 25%, glucose-fructose syrup, water, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
Allergens: Milk, egg, soy, wheat (gluten).
